Groups must book with a $25.00 advance non-refundable deposit, payable by check, credit card, or Pay Pal.
TIP: Many groups schedule a tour before or after a public program that is of interest to the group. Please visit the Programs Calendar for the upcoming programs.

Self-Guided Museum Tour
Groups of 5 or more must schedule visit. |
- 60 minute maximum visit time
- Self-guided groups will be met by a representative of the Museum and given a brief orientation.
- Group Size: Minimum 5 people and maximum 30 people.
- Available Tuesday-Sunday.
- Other time requests may be accommodated.
- 2 weeks advanced registration required

Docent-led Museum Tour |
- 45 minute total tour time
- Available: Personalized tour for group's specific interests
- Group Size: Minimum 10 people and maximum 40 people. Special arrangements must be made for groups of larger than 40 people, and often times larger tour groups must be split into separate tour times.
- For groups of 10 or more, 4 weeks advanced registration required
- For groups of 1-9 people, a minimum of 3 business days requested.

$4 for 6 or more people. Discount applied with preregistration only. |
Curator-led Museum Tour |
- 1-1.5 hour total tour time
- In-depth "white glove" tour of the Museum's collection led by the Curator, with a Senior Docent for larger groups
- Available: Personalized tour highlighting your group's specific interests
- Group Size: Maximum 30.
- 5 weeks advanced reservation recommended

$50 for up to 5 guests; additional guests, $10 each. |
VIP Museum Tour |
- 1.5-2 hour total tour time
- A personal welcome by the Executive Director
- In-depth "white glove" tour of the Museum's collection led by the Curator, with a Senior Docent for larger groups
- View a rarely seen object currently not on view
- Available: Personalized tour highlighting your group's specific interests
- Group Size: Maximum 30.
- 5 weeks advanced reservation recommended
